So today’s the day. Exactly one year ago Mandy published our very first post at Out and About Mom. Since then, it’s been a crazy, wonderful, exciting year for us. We’ve had an amazing time scouting more than 90 outings in and around Connecticut (see our Top 10 List here). But the truly amazing part is that our readers have embraced our little blog project with so much support and enthusiasm. When we receive feedback like this, it thrills us to know that we are making a difference in the lives of other parents by helping them find new, fun, family-friendly adventures to enjoy with their children.
So at the risk of sounding like a cheesy Hallmark card, we couldn’t have made it to where we are today without you, our wonderful, loyal readers. And we are looking forward to another year of “Scouting your CT outing”!
But first, a look back at our OAAM adventures. We hope you enjoy this little slideshow we put together that highlights all the fun, the folly, the magic, and the memories that happen when you get “Out and About” with your little ones.
