Mandy and I are excited. So excited. Like waking up on your birthday when you’re 8 years old excited. Like finding cute shoes in your size on the Nordstrom clearance rack excited. Like chocolate magically having no calories anymore excited. You get the picture 🙂
We hinted at this in our pre-holiday post, but now we just can’t keep it under wraps any longer: we’re getting a makeover! In just a few short weeks our site is going to look a little different…okay, a LOT different. New colors, new graphics and, most importantly, new photos!
So today, I wanted to take a minute to thank our blog photographer extraordinaire, Kathryn Deane Photography for yet another fabulous photo shoot.
This time, she had to wrangle us and our FIVE kiddos under 4. But we never doubted her for a moment. Kathryn has this uncanny way of capturing the cute, the sweet, and the beautiful in the midst of (what seems like) chaos. To illustrate, we just had to show you this series of blooper shots. You know, so you can see what it was really like trying to shoot 3 preschoolers, 1 toddler, and a baby 🙂

I’m not gonna lie. It was madness! But somewhere in there, Kathryn captured moments like these:
We don’t know how she does it. We only know that we are so lucky to have found her. And we can’t wait until we can unveil the whole site redesign, photos and all. It won’t be long now!
