Out and About Mom’s Favorite Science Adventures

Over the past 5+ years, we have been to so many fascinating places in and around our state. And every so often, we notice a theme emerge from those hundreds of outings. Well lately, I’ve been thinking about all of the science adventures we’ve enjoyed. Turns out, science is super exciting! In fact, we enjoyed these outings so much, it felt more like entertainment than education! But nevertheless, all of these destinations offer more than just a fun time out with the family. They promise to leave you a little wiser than when you arrived 🙂

As you’ll see from our posts on each venue, everyone in the family–from toddlers to grandparents!–can find something to love about each place.

I hope you enjoy some of our favorite science adventures–from aquatic life to aviation (and everything in between!). And let us know your favorite too by leaving a comment on this post or emailing us at outandaboutmom@gmail.com

***Although our OAAM posts should still give you a good overview of the experience, please be sure to visit each venue’s website for the most up-to-date information, especially about things like hours and pricing.***
