Hello Out and About Mom Readers! There may be snow on the ground right now, but summer is coming soon! And if you’re anything like me, you have already started your frantic search for summer programs for your kids. (Because otherwise they might be home with me every. single. day. Ahhh! 🙂 )

Well, today I am happy to say that we are going to make your life (or at least your summer planning) a little bit easier because we have the Mandell JCC of Greater Hartford here with us to introduce you to their wealth of summer camps and programs. They literally have everything (or very close to it!). From sports to shows to s’mores, the Mandell JCC has a summer program for whatever your child is into these days 🙂

Maybe it’s the quintessential day camp experience at Camp Shalom. Or a Sports Jam for your budding athlete. Or a Campareenah program for your preschooler or soon-to-be kindergartener. From preschool to high school, there’s something fun for every kid in the family!

And speaking of family fun, did we mention the Swim & Tennis Club? We’re talkin’ pools, programs, pastimes and a pirate ship playscape! (Check out our visit to the Swim & Tennis Club HERE.)

Everything you need to make summer great is here in this post!

So read on for a time-saving summary of all the summer programs that the Mandell JCC of Greater Hartford has to offer, and then use the handy links throughout to find additional information about the programs you think will inspire your child.

Even better, for a limited time, the Mandell JCC is offering Out and About Mom readers a special discount if you mention this post when you register for camps by April 15th! (Please note: this offer is from 2018 and may not be valid any longer)

We hope you find this Camp Guide useful, whether you’re looking to fill in a week here and there, or sign up for an entire summer of fun! Because all this snow has to end sometime, right? 😉

PLEASE NOTE: This post was written in 2018 and while many of the Mandell JCC summer programs remain the same for the 2019, it is possible that this post may contain some outdated information (and links!). Please view their 2019 Summer Program Guide for the most current information.
